Beginning of the Year Patrol Information
The school year is upon us! You are the parents of the AWESOME T. Clay Wood ES Patrols! I have the privilege of working with the patrols again this year. Below are a few upcoming dates and notes. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me.
1) The first patrol meeting is on Friday, August 26th at 11:30 am (for patrols with last names A-L) and 2:00 pm (for patrols with last names M-Z). The rest of the meetings will be during school. Please come to me knowing your bus number (if applicable) and teacher's name. I need that information to make sure all patrol locations are correct.
2) If you can't attend the meeting please read the handbook on the patrol webpage and complete the form titled COMPLETE IF YOU MISSED THE 1ST PATROL MEETING.
3) To get a patrol pledge students must recite the pledge to me. They can do it prior to or after the meeting or anytime this fall prior to the end of the 1st nine weeks. (The pledge is on the patrol website.)
4) If you didn't receive this information in an email, please email Mr. Dove (email@example.com).
I look forward to a great year with the patrols!
